What Is the Action Tracker?

The Action Tracker is a dynamic dashboard and collaboration tool designed to simplify how you and Detechtion manage optimization opportunities, engineering tasks, and operational projects. With just a single click, you can now:

  • Create new tasks and optimization opportunities directly within Enalysis

  • Assign tangible ROI to your initiatives

  • Share visibility across teams — from Engineering to Operations to Maintenance

  • Maintain a comprehensive historical record of all closed work items

It's about giving you a centralized, transparent, and actionable way to maximize your fleet’s performance.

Need to request a new curve, a startup package, or flag an optimization opportunity? Simply hit the New Action Item button in the top navigation bar, fill out some quick details (type, tags, title, description, attachments), and you’re done. It’s as easy as sending an email — but with all the organizational power built in.

💰 Tangible ROI Tracking

Every optimization opportunity or task can now have an Estimated Value tied to it. Whether it’s a production increase, a fuel gas savings, or a maintenance cost reduction, you can demonstrate the true economic benefit of completed work — helping prioritize and fast-track important projects.

👀 Improved Visibility and Transparency

No more lost emails or missed updates. You can notify and include anyone from your organization in a task. That means Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Environmental teams all stay informed — reducing silos and improving alignment across departments.


Managing Work With the New Dashboard

The Action Tracker dashboard acts as your real-time, actionable to-do list, organized into easy-to-follow columns:

  • Open: Newly created tasks and opportunities.

  • Customer Action Required: Items awaiting input, approval, or verification from your team.

  • Detechtion Action Required: Tasks requiring action from your Detechtion Engineering Account Manager.

  • Closed: Completed and fully documented opportunities, including demonstrated value metrics.

Having all your ongoing and historical optimization work in one place enables faster decision-making, better reporting, and increased accountability.


A Permanent Repository of Value-Added Work

Once tasks are completed and moved to the Closed column, they don’t just disappear. Each closed ticket captures important closure details, like:
