School(s) To Attend

	Reciprocating School will take place in Grande Prairie on Thursday, November 25, 2010. The cost of the school is $915.00 +GST per student and qualifies for 7.5 APEGGA Professional Development Hours.

	Rotary School will take place in Grande Prairie on Friday, November 26, 2010. The cost of the school is $800.00 +GST per student and qualifies for 4 APEGGA Professional Development Hours.

	If there are not enough registrants for your selected course, it will be delayed to the next date. You will be notified 4 days prior to the course whether or not the course will go ahead as planned.

Payment/Cancellation

Payment: An invoice will be issued to you for payment. Registration will be comfirmed within 2 business days of receiving this completed registration form.

Substitutions & Cancellations: Substitutions may be made at any time upon notification. If you fail to notify our office that you cannot attend and do not show for the course, you will still be charged for the course.
