Maintenance Management

The engineering group at Detechtion Technologies has been working on and field testing a brand new module for Enalysis™. We are now providing our clients with a Maintenance Monitoring Module, which is fully integrated with the Enalysis program.

This exceptional new module:

• Tracks repair and inspection of individual components within cylinders, frames and engines.
• Using a simple point and click operation, shows service record of valves, packing, bearings, piston rings, crossheads, spark plugs, and more.
• Makes maintenance records available to everyone in the company without a complicated paper trail.
• Allows for trending of part failure by manufacturer, type of service and mean time between failures.
• A number of our customers are already taking full advantage of this exciting and useful new module.
