Detechtion Technologies Announces New Client Additions, Expansion of Two Offices and a Speaking Engagement in Malaysia

Detechtion Technologies announced today the addition of several new clients during the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2009 as it continues to expand the use of its Enalysis™ compressor optimization and fleet management solution throughout the global natural gas industry. New client additions over the past six months include:

Current Detechtion clients have also continued to expand their use of Enalysis™ internationally in Brazil and Australia.

Despite suppressed natural gas prices through much of 2009, Detechtion has demonstrated the strength of its value proposition with the consistent signing of new clients and the continued expansion of their existing clients around the globe over the past 180 days.

In order to ensure the continued delivery of superior customer service to their clients, Detechtion Technologies has moved into new, larger office facilities in both Calgary, Alberta and Houston, Texas. These new offices have been designed to accommodate both larger staffing levels, as well as providing additional room to host more effective client meetings and monthly compressor schools. The office in Calgary is located on the west side of downtown at 1100 – 8th Ave SW and the office in Houston is located at 24 East Greenway Plaza (the Wesleyan Tower).

In line with their mission of providing the world's best technology to the natural gas industry, Detechtion Technologies released a new, more powerful version of Enalysis™, in Q3 that is now able to accurately predict the formation of hydrates, calculate more accurate IC engine emissions for environmental reporting and has provided an overall improvement in site speed, data manipulation, and navigation.

Detechtion Technologies was also invited to present at the SPE Applied Technology Workshop in Penang, Malaysia later this month. The focus of the workshop is “Production Enhancement – Maximizing Production and Recovery in a Challenging Economic Climate”. Steven Laidlaw will represent Detechtion at the conference and deliver a presentation on Increasing Cash Flows through Compressor Optimization.
