Detechtion Announces Senior Management Changes, Creation of Special Services Division and New Client Additions

Detechtion Technologies announced today the addition of several new key clients during the 3rd and 4th Quarters of 2006 as it continues to expand the use of its “Enalysis” compressor optimization and fleet management program throughout the North American natural gas industry.
New client additions over the past 6 months include:
Dominion Exploration & Production, one of North America's largest independent oil and gas exploration and development companies. Dominion has approximately 6 TCFE of proved natural gas reserves, 7800 miles of natural gas pipeline, and the largest natural gas storage system in the United States. Dominion has onshore and offshore reserves in major North American basins, including West Texas, Appalachian Basin, Michigan Basin, Mid-Continent, Rocky Mountains, Gulf Coast, Western Canada, and the offshore Gulf of Mexico.
Toromont Energy Systems, a company engaged in the design, manufacture, and service of modular systems and components in the natural gas, process gas, chemical, and petro-chemical process industries worldwide. Toromont supplies compressor packages to end users on both rental and rent-to-purchase plans, and has strong packaging relationships with Ariel, Gemini, Frick, Caterpillar, and Waukesha.

During the 2nd half of 2006, several of Detechtion's existing clients also expanded their use of the Enalysis Program on additional compressors located in Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia, Virginia, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories.
Detechtion also formally announced today the creation of its new Special Services Division, to be headed by Jeffrey Essel-Ampah, Vice President of Special Services. “I am pleased to have been given the opportunity to lead this team within Detechtion. Detechtion has also announced that effective January 1, 2007, Brian E. Taylor has assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Brian has been a key leader at Detechtion since 1999, most recently serving as Senior Vice President & COO. Alan Taylor will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO of Detechtion.
