Detechtion Technologies Announces New Client Additions for Q1 2005

Detechtion Technologies announced today the addition of several new clients as it continues to expand the use of its "Enalysis" compressor optimization and fleet management program throughout the natural gas industry. New client additions include:

  • Equitable Production Company, the largest gas producer in the Appalachian Basin with operations in Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

  • Talisman Energy, a large internationally diversified oil and gas producer, with North American operations focused on deep, high-potential gas plays along the Rocky Mountain foothills.

  • Northrock Resources, a Calgary-based exploration & production company. Northrock focuses on three core areas -- West Central Alberta (O'Chiese, Garrington, Caroline and Pass Creek areas), Northwest Alberta (Red Rock and Knopcik areas), and the Williston Basin (Southeastern Saskatchewan and Southwestern Manitoba).

During the 1st Quarter of 2005, several of Detechtion's existing clients also expanded their use of the Enalysis Program on several hundred additional compressors located in Wyoming, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, British Columbia, and Alberta.

Detechtion also announced today that is has signed a lease to move its Canadian headquarters to the 25th floor of the Scotia Centre tower in downtown Calgary. Detechtion expects the move to this new location to be completed in July 2005. "We are very excited about the move to our new location, as the proximity to our clients has always been important to us" said Brian Taylor, Senior Director of North American Engineering & Operations for Detechtion. "This new office location will not only better accommodate our expanded engineering staff, but will allow for much more frequent interaction with our key clients located in downtown Calgary".
